Copyright Policy
Authors are entitled to retain copyright and grant YazhCodex Journals right of first publication as well as the ongoing and perpetual non-exclusive right to reuse and republish the article for any purpose, including, but not limited to, the right to copy, migrate or convert the report. Also, ensure continuous access in any format or medium and its preservation.
The author accepts that the article may be used and published by the YazhCodex Journals in electronic or printed format and any other medium now in existence or that may be created hereafter.
YazhCodex Journals publish and distribute the work under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike. The author must know and give his concern and agrees that this license permits users of the journal to print and copy the article for non-commercial purposes and allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
For the non-exclusive dissemination of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository), authors may be required to sign further, independent contracts.
The author is required to declare that the paper they have submitted is their original work and that it has never been published or submitted for publication before. (1) The work has undergone adequate revisions and updates from an earlier edition, and (2) the author has obtained permission to reprint it in YazhCodex Journals.
Additionally, the author has the authority to provide this license to YazhCodex Journals and certifies that, to the best of their knowledge, the article does not violate the copyrights of any third parties or defame any individuals or goods. If there is content in the report that the author does not own the copyright to, the author guarantees that it is identified and acknowledged in the text and that the use of it is either authorised by the copyright holder or not.
The author promises to hold YazhCodex Journals, its staff, and agents blameless for any uses of the report permitted by this agreement in the event of a future dispute over the copyrights to the content in the article.
