Article Withdrawal Policy
After our publication process is complete, authors occasionally send an email requesting to withdraw their paper. We can manage the withdrawal easily if it occurs a few days prior to submission. However, it is quite challenging to address a request that comes in very late, such as close to the publication date. Because withdrawal wastes the time and money that editors, reviewers, and the editorial staff of our journal have spent processing the submission. As a result, authors should reconsider before publishing their work.
Withdrawal before to publication: The article is withdrawn three days after submission. If so, include your article ID and article information with your request. Withdrawal will only be permitted for the most compelling and compelling grounds.
Post-publication withdrawal: This kind of removal is carried out in response to legal challenges or instances of plagiarism and copyright violations.
Following guidelines may help you to avoid article withdrawal:
- Obtaining agreement from the other co-authors of the manuscript is the duty of the corresponding author.
- The corresponding author will discuss the provided data with co-authors and resolve any disagreements prior to submitting the manuscript.
- Please confirm that the journal you have chosen and its scope align with your work before submitting.
- Before submitting the piece, find out if the institution requires a NOC or permission.
- Before submitting, check the article for plagiarism.
- Check multiple times that the data presented in the manuscripts are accurate and error-free.
- Send the paper to a single journal at a time. Avoid submitting your work to multiple journals at the same time.
- Verify with the department or organisation that the materials and resources utilised in the study will be permitted, and get consent to use data and facts from other sources from people who have the necessary authorisation.
- Prior to submission, or even before the piece starts, determine the number of authors and their precise titles.
- Please ensure that you submit the manuscript in its final form.
